2. Payment Processing

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Flatwood Design to charge the full amount of your order to the chosen payment method.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout before you submit your payment.
Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes will be added to your order total as required by law. The applicable tax rate is determined based on your shipping address and the relevant tax laws.
4. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase, including the products ordered, the total price, and your chosen payment method.
If there are any issues with your payment (such as insufficient funds, declined card, etc.), we will notify you via email and request that you update your payment information.
5. Payment Authorization
Please note that your payment will be authorized when you place the order. However, the charge will only be processed once your order has been confirmed and shipped.
For pre-order items or backorders, the payment may be processed at the time of order placement, depending on your selected payment method and product availability.

Orders placed after 3:00PM on weekdays or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

-Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 business days.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders within Southeastern United States. The free shipping offer will be applied at checkout.
Free shipping may not apply to international orders or certain promotional items.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please allow additional time for delivery.

1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories
Not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, etc.)
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).
Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. You will need to return the original item first, and once it is received and processed, we will ship the replacement item to you.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
If you are returning an item for a refund, original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
